Community Renewal Team, Inc. is offering free two-month supplies of diapers to eligible families in its service area of Hartford and Middlesex Counties. The diapers have been made available by the Connecticut Diaper Bank through federal American Reinvestment and Recovery Act funding.

To determine eligibility, families must fill out an application before September 3, available at the Town of Canton Senior/Social Services Office, located in the lower level of the Canton Community Center at 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton CT 06019.

Diapers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be available for pickup in mid-September. Families will be notified when the diapers arrive.  Please call 860-693-5811 if you have any questions.

The Canton Police Department received information of solicitors requesting money for Town affiliated organizations or groups and those solicitors appear to be fraudulent.
